The TableTop QuikMelt PRO-30 Melting Furnace is a compact, high-performance top-loading kiln designed for jewelers, metal artists, and refining professionals who require both power and portability. Capable of melting gold, silver, copper, bronze, aluminum, lead, zinc, precious metal clay, ceramics, and more, this versatile furnace is ideal for a wide range of metalworking applications.

Despite its powerful performance, the PRO-30 features an ultra-lightweight 10 lb. design and compact footprint measuring just 6" x 6" x 12", making it easy to transport and store. Equipped with 1500 watts of power, a digital temperature controller, and exclusive RapidHeat technology, the furnace quickly reaches temperatures over 2200°F (1205°C) and can achieve full firing in as little as 8–10 minutes using a standard household outlet.

Built for durability and efficiency, the kiln is lined with a high-quality Gemcolite Alumina Fiber insert made from a specialized blend of alumina-silicate, alumina, and reinforcing fibers. This advanced insulation provides exceptional strength, thermal integrity, and reliable performance at extreme temperatures.

The QuikMelt PRO-30 includes a matching 30 Troy Oz graphite crucible, stainless steel tongs, and a user-friendly digital control panel for precise operation. Additional sizes are available in 10, 60, 100, and 120 Troy Oz capacities, each including the appropriate crucible and tongs.
