The TableTop QuikMelt PRO-120 Melting Furnace is a powerful, portable top-loading kiln engineered for jewelers, metal refiners, casters, and metalworking professionals who require high-capacity melting performance in a compact design. Designed to effectively melt gold, silver, copper, bronze, aluminum, lead, zinc, precious metal clay, ceramics, and more, the PRO-120 is ideal for a wide range of metalworking and casting applications.

Despite its impressive melting capacity, the PRO-120 features an ultra-lightweight 10 lb construction and compact dimensions of just 6" x 6" x 12", making it easy to transport and perfect for workshops where space and mobility are important. Powered by 1500 watts and equipped with exclusive RapidHeat technology, this furnace reaches temperatures exceeding 2200°F (1205°C) and achieves full firing in as little as 8–10 minutes using a standard household outlet.

The furnace is constructed with a durable Gemcolite Alumina Fiber insert made from a specialized blend of alumina-silicate, alumina, and reinforcing fibers. This advanced insulation provides outstanding heat retention, strength, and thermal durability while maintaining a lightweight and efficient design.

The QuikMelt PRO-120 includes a matching 120 Troy oz graphite crucible, ring tongs, and a digital temperature controller for precise and reliable operation. Additional models are available in 10, 30, 60, and 100 Troy oz capacities, each including the corresponding crucible and tongs.
