The TableTop QuikMelt PRO-100 Melting Furnace is a high-performance, portable top-loading kiln designed for jewelers, metal refiners, casters, and metalworking professionals who need reliable melting power in a compact design. Built to handle a variety of materials including gold, silver, copper, bronze, aluminum, lead, zinc, precious metal clay, ceramics, and more, the PRO-100 delivers exceptional versatility for both professional and hobbyist applications.

Despite its powerful capabilities, the PRO-100 features an ultra-lightweight 10 lb construction and compact dimensions of just 6" x 6" x 12", making it easy to transport and ideal for workshops with limited space. Powered by 1500 watts and equipped with exclusive RapidHeat technology, the furnace quickly reaches temperatures exceeding 2200°F (1205°C) and can achieve full firing in as little as 8–10 minutes using a standard household outlet.

The furnace is built with a durable Gemcolite Alumina Fiber insert engineered from a specialized blend of alumina-silicate, alumina, and reinforcing fibers. This advanced insulation provides outstanding strength, heat retention, and thermal durability while maintaining a lightweight structure for easy handling.

The QuikMelt PRO-100 includes a matching 100 Troy oz graphite crucible, ring tongs, and a digital temperature controller for precise and consistent operation. Additional models are available in 10, 30, 60, and 120 Troy oz capacities, each including the corresponding crucible and tongs.
