For individuals who are melting their material with a torch, our ceramic alumina crucibles are excellent. They can melt precious metals (gold, silver, bronze, copper, brass, etc.) at temperatures as high as 2800°F/1,600 °C and are made with tapered sides and a pour spout for simple material removal.
